It was inaugurated in autumn 2011 in the area around the Puente de los Franceses in Madrid, in a residential area of isolated buildings and next to the HLA Universitario Moncloa hospital.

The speciality centre has a built-up area of 816.8 m2. It consists of two floors with a direct façade to the outside. It has a total of 20 consulting rooms and 4 waiting rooms.

The consultation area is organised in five independent blocks (of 4 or 5 consultations each) with clearly differentiated waiting areas separated on two floors connected by a staircase and a lift to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility.  Access to the premises is located on floor 0 a control desk that serves as a point of information and appointments for patients with a lift.

The consulting rooms are prepared to optimise inter-consultation and improve the care provided.
